ROOMS & RATES

The Lodge at Woodward West is primarily a banquet and event facility, however individual room reservations are accepted (limited services). You can enjoy our spacious main lodge rooms or our smaller, economic hilltop rooms.

Room rates vary according to season. Lowest rates are from November through March with highest rates from April through October and during holiday periods. We offer discounts to AARP and AAA members. FOR YOUR INFORMATION:

• The front desk is not open 24 hours; please inform the front desk of your approximate arrival time when you make your reservation so accommodations can be made for late arrival.
• There is a $10 per night pet fee per pet. Limit is 2 pets. Pets may not be left alone in room at any time!
• There is no smoking in any guest rooms.

PROPERTY POLICIES:

• Minimum check-in age is 21.
• Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed.
• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• This hotel considers guests aged 17 and under, at time of travel, to be children. Children will stay free in the same room as their parents, however, charges for additional bedding may apply.
• Although we endeavor to fulfill all requests, management reserves the right of substitution.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT INFORMATION:

• Rates shown are for 2 guests.
• Total maximum number of guests per room is 4.
• Additional guests aged 18 and over are $10 per night.
• Children may not stay in a room without an adult.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. The credit card will be pre-authorized and a hold placed on the card in the amount of the entire stay the day prior to arrival. The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations with declined credit cards.
